7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

For all water products and 5-gallon jugs:

Delivery availability may vary by region.

Large orders or pallet orders may require special arrangements.

Once an order is shipped, La Source is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer..

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Water Products Consumables:

For safety and regulatory reasons, all water sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Apparel & Merchandise:

We accept returns/exchanges within 1 day of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition.

Pre-Orders:

All pre-orders are non-refundable except in cases where La Source cannot fulfill the order.

Donations:

All donations are non-refundable.

8. DONATIONS NONPROFIT DISCLAIMER

Donations made through our website support our clean water initiatives and may be processed through our nonprofit entity.
